Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or contract.
Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.
Once services are delivered or started, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
MJK Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, graphics, text, and code created by MJK Solutions remain the intellectual property of MJK Solutions until paid for in full.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as completed designs, websites, or logos) will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in a written contract.

Clients may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary materials or templates without written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse our website or services in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials used to access our services.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may include integrations or links to third-party tools such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Square, and GoDaddy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At MJK Solutions, we strive to provide every client with exceptional digital marketing, design, and development services. Because each project involves time, planning, and creative labor, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our rules regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work on certain services, including website design, logo creation, and marketing campaigns.
Final payment is due according to the payment terms on your invoice or agreement.
We accept payments via Square and other approved methods only.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a service at any time by contacting us in writing at office@mjksolutions.co.
If cancellation occurs before work has started, you may receive a full or partial refund (excluding any processing fees).
If work has already begun, refunds will be limited to the portion of the project not yet completed, minus non-refundable expenses or time already spent.
Once a service is completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate or mistaken payments.
Service cancellation prior to project initiation.
Failure to deliver a service due to factors solely attributable to MJK Solutions.

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with creative direction after approval.
Delays caused by client inaction, non-response, or failure to provide materials.
Marketing campaign performance that varies from expectations (results may differ by industry, audience, and market conditions).

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Advertising Agreement

We cannot and do not guarantee any specific results or level of success from our advertising services. Advertising performance is influenced by numerous factors outside of our control, including market conditions, the demand for your specific product or service, the quality of your offering, and your own business operations.

You acknowledge and agree that there is no assurance or guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or receive a certain number of leads, calls, or customers. Any figures or examples presented are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered a promise of potential earnings. You accept the risk that advertising may not generate the desired increase in business or revenue.
